Therapy
What do you do for therapy? Do you read a good book? Watch tv? Take a leisurely walk? Be creative? Work out? I’ve even heard of someone who likes to knead bread. There are a lot of things I like to do to relax. In days past I have been found on the back of a horse, or even a donkey enjoying the local scenery. I also enjoy crafting with scrapbooks, card-making, crochet, needlework and more.
My latest hobby is making soy candles. Not only is this relaxing and therapeutic, but I have the opportunity to be creative by choosing which fragrance I will use. I can choose beautiful florals in the spring or delicious fruits in the summer. I can choose nostalgic home baked scents in the autumn and winter. Or I can go with one like coffee, mint or chocolate which is good anytime. 
Next I can choose what color to make the candles. I can match them to the fragrance or I can use a color that will match my decor. I can even go with the elegant look and leave the color out. And then there is decorating. Starting with choosing my jar and finishing with something as simple as stickers and as detailed as beads and wire.
